I purchased the Food Sensitivity test to give some direction when it came to further testing with my doctor. After doing some elimination diets, I had a good idea of what foods I was sensitive too, and after reintroducing them, I did the Everly Well test. I got the answers I was looking for.

I had my doubts, but I can't believe the results of this test! It accurately detected sensitivities that I already knew about, but detected others that I never would have guessed. I'm so happy that I took this test! I'm excited to start my exclusion diet and feel better!

I decided that I needed more information on what foods where causing me issues. I had a feeling some dairy products were an issue, but needed to know for sure. While only small portion are causing me issues and nothing significant that I would need to cut out of my life completely,it is nice to have the information on hand so I can read labels better and pay attention to ingredients.

In having a chronic illness, you're always looking for more information from your own body because everyone experiences the condition differently. The Food Sensitivity test gave me more information to understand how my body is responding to foods I have been eating every day because I thought they were safe. This gives me a next step to better manage my condition.

I received my results about 3 weeks ago and only had 16 items in the mild category. Nothing higher. I have eliminated all of the 16 items. It's been 3 weeks and I don't feel any different. My only issues are inflammation and exhaustion. I was really hoping to see results by now so I am loosing hope. I'd love to get the extended test but I can't afford at this time. I gave it 5 stars because I still feel that this test can help others out.

I used this product to help identify food sensitivities that I was not able to discover on my own. I have inflammation issues that have gotten worse with time and eliminating the standard culprits, like nightshade vegetables and certain dairy items did not help and issues seemed to actually get worse. Thru this test, I learned that many of the substitutes that I made to replace the standard inflammation-causing foods are things I am sensitive too, which explains why my issues were getting worse. Now I just have to follow the elimination recommendations based on my sensitivities to observe the results.

It was interesting to my results. Some of which I felt were already accurate, but I felt like I was missing information - maybe some more info like, "if you are sensitive to something, it can cause these reactions." Maybe some more general facts on common sensitivities. For example, i had a slight sensitivity to Sole, a fish I've never consumed before and had no cross reactions listed. I was satisfied with the timeframe that it took to receive the test and then results.

I did this test and another brands test. Everlywell came up with zero high and zero moderate and only 3 items that were low I was quite surprised that it didn't pick up more. It also took me three tries to get a test accepted. The other brands test came up with a lot more items that I was sensitive to. I feel like it wasn't worth the money

I ordered the test because of some symptoms I've been having that I thought could be related to gut. The test came in quickly and the results were fast, too. The instructions were easy to follow and returning the kit was simplicity. The results were surprising but I am hopeful they will help resolve some of my issues.

I wasn't thrilled to discover my highest diet sensitivities included dairy, wheat, chicken, and eggs. But, after a few days of eliminating these items from my diet, I do feel better. In a month I'll begin adding each one I'm back into my routine until I find the culprit(s). It's a process and it helps to know it's based on science. Thanks for offering this service!
