Lab service is well appreciated. This type of service should have been available for people who want to take charge of their own heath many years ago. All instructions on how to perform the test and mail in are very simple and straight forward. Results received are very easy to understand and professionally done. I believe people are capable of monitoring their own health through laboratory service, etc. If their results turn up abnormal then they can make a doctor's appointment.

I enjoyed the ease of getting test. No office visits, no convincing provider that you need to.be tested. Ease to read results. I wish there was a way with this specific test to see all the NORMAL results. It becomes my new food grocery list. Just a thought. I also have shared results with my healthcare providers.

I've been having some health issues with the underlying issue being a food allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity. My doctor wanted me to do a total elimination diet to pin point the foods that I was sensitive to. I found this test and was so excited to try it out. I looked at other tests but none compared to Everlywell. This test has real doctors who do your lab work. I received my results 10 days after they received my blood spots. This took about 5 days longer than recommended but I think it's due to the high volume they are experiencing. The results are easy to read, give you information on it, and let you download a pdf version for yourself and a more "technical" one for your doctor. I'm excited to use this information to start my elimination diet!

I was unaware that if you haven't eat certain foods the test cannot tell if you have a sensitivity to them or not. But for others who haven't restricted their diet prior to taking the test, the test was easy to use, the results came quickly and would cover most food categories.

Am using this test as a basis for a sustainable IBS diet. I'm appreciative that I now have real data based on my own chemistry rather than a "one-size-fits-all" model. I'm seeing improvement after only one day, after cutting out one food that I'd assumed was safe but that came up on my list. I'm actually excited by these results rather than discouraged and look forward to seeing the results of the extended test. This approach not only makes sense but gives me hope that I can have a better relationship with food. THANK YOU!!!

I suffered through numerous test to try and find the cause of my gastrointestinal problems. I was continually pointed in the direction of medications that treat the problem, but not fix it or give me an answer to why it was happening. This went on for at least 2 years. This test with its results gave me a map to follow to fixing my problem and now I can honestly say I am 95% with out any re occurring issues! Thank You !

I've had stomach aches after eating for a lot of my life, and while I thought I knew what was causing them, taking this test showed me that I was close, but had missed a couple of big categories that I'm sensitive to that I was slightly wrong about. For instance, I thought I was sensitive to fats in general, but no, it turns out to be specifically dairy, and especially yoghurt, which I would never have guessed. I've eliminated the things that I had the highest sensitivity to and already feel much better. Great test, completely worth it!

I took several months to decide whether or not to spend the money on the food sensitivities test and boy, am I glad I finally did! It was really,shocking to see how many of the healthy foods I was eating caused sensitivity in me. Now I have the daunting task or re-working my diet into something I can live with but I'm glad to finally know for sure what I can and cannot have. This will also make a huge difference in how I'm able to deal with my various autoimmune issues.

Anyone that might have some symptoms that might be related to food sensitivity might benefit from this test as a starting point. I knew a few items that I don't tolerate (which the test results confirmed) but there were numerous other items the results said I have some moderate sensitivities to that I was unaware of. I will be checking that out with eliminate diet next!

The at home test was really simple to use. They give you instructions, step by step guide and a video to watch. The results come back quickly. Found out that I have a high sensitivity to some foods, I have eliminated them and I feel so much better! So worth the money to do this test!!
