I always knew I had a sensitivity to dairy, which was validated by my only High Reactivity food being cheese. However, I've cut that out in the past and still had digestive issues that I just couldn't pinpoint. This test told me that I had a moderate sensitivity to peanuts! I eat peanuts or peanut butter EVERY DAY. While this is sad news since I won't be able to eat 2 of my favorite foods anymore, I know it will be for the better. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the price is just a little too steep and was a major factor as to why it took me so long to do this test.

I did a lot of research before purchasing the food sensitivity test. I kept reading articles/blogs about how food sensitivity tests are bogus and how you can't really test for those things, you just have to try and "guess". But after having a baby, my body was going nuts! It felt like everything I ate made me extremely sick. To the point where I was almost afraid to eat! I wouldn't even eat out anymore. So, I bought it. The test itself is super easy. My finger tip hurt for a few days after but I think that's to be expected. The instructions were very straightforward and simple. Everlywell makes the sample collection very easy! The hardest part was the anticipation, lol. They keep you updated on each step, which is really nice. There is no, "did it get there?" "Did they check it?" "What's happening now?". I got my results back much faster than expected and the results are very easy to read and understand. All in all, do it. 10/10 highly recommend! Especially for anyone struggling with sudden food issues.

My daughter suffers from digestive issues and we found out there are many foods her gut can't tolerate. It's been good for her. I on the otherhand only had 5 things that bother my digestive system and I don't eat them often enough to have any problems.

I was curious about how the food I eat might be effecting my body so I tried out this test. I was happy to learn I only had a few mild sensitivity reactions. The test was easy to use, instructions were clear, and the kit contained everything I needed to obtain my specimen and send it in the mail.

I have been having GI issues for some time and was really just guessing what I thought might be triggers. Elimination diets are SO daunting when you have no insight. I appreciate the continued updates on receiving the package and getting results. The results page is straight forward. I am a little disappointed in the amount of information provided regarding health impacts and how to go about using the info to (hopefully) feel better. However, I will take their suggestions and see what happens.

This is a good, reliable test. I had gotten results that surprised me, but it does explain a lot. Only difficult thing was how much blood I had to get from my finger, but I also hadn't drunk a lot of water that day, so i'm sure it would've been much easier if that was the case. Overall, I would definitely do this again to see if there are any changes. Great process as well. It was quick.

My wife and I have done a "Whole 30" food elimination diet before which helped identify some food sensitivities but adding an Everlywell food sensitivity test took it to the next level and helped us refine what we were eating that was causing problems.

I recommend this product. The only thing is that for me it was hard to differentiate between the foods I am allergic to and environmental allergies. Other than that, it's very helpful. Also, the results are easy to access and have useful information/descriptions.

I took several months to decide whether or not to spend the money on the food sensitivities test and boy, am I glad I finally did! It was really,shocking to see how many of the healthy foods I was eating caused sensitivity in me. Now I have the daunting task or re-working my diet into something I can live with but I'm glad to finally know for sure what I can and cannot have. This will also make a huge difference in how I'm able to deal with my various autoimmune issues.
