I would never have suspected a high reaction to egg whites. I thought eggs were the perfect food for me. Always had been a breakfast staple. Went without for two weeks and upon re-introducing, was horribly sick for a day and a half. This is real for me. No more eggs, at least for a while.

I'm really happy I took the test because the information was a really helpful guide. The test itself was very easy to figure out. The hardest part was waiting the couple days for the results! The results were easy to read and it gave a description of where you find the foods and others important info I might need to know if I had a sensitivity. It turns out a lot of what I was eating were foods I have a higher insensitivity too. I thought I was eating "safe" foods but I was so off! I never would have guess that so I am grateful for the guidance.

Love the ability to test myself at home and not having to depend on a doctor appointment. Just wish it gave further steps but that may step into a different realm and something to further discuss with a doctor or nutritionist. Super simple and quick updates/ turnaround. An app would be great.

Easy to take the test, I received results back in the time I was told. So helpful to learn my sensitivity to things I would never have thought to look into! I would have liked a more detailed recommendation of next steps or diet changes, but otherwise clear to understand.

The test came in the mail relatively quickly. Everything was easy to use with picture, text and even (online) video instructions! Pricking yourself with the lancet is probably the most difficult part but once that's over you send it in and get an e-mail notification when it's done. The results are provided in layman terms and as lab results to give to your doctor.

I would high recommend the sensitivity test. I knew a few foods would be on it but was surprised by a few. It's so good to know. Now I know what is causing discount after I eat. I would definitely purchase other tests from Thai company. It was so easy. The test came so fast and so did the results, about 6 days. Thank you so much.

It was very helpful to see which foods I am more prone to have a reaction from. Many of the more reactive foods found from the test were of no surprise to me but gave some more confidence that those were indeed the foods that I should try to remove from my diet. I also saw a few others that surprised me and I will keep in mind and see if I recognize any reactions from it.

I have done a very strict elimination diet previously. No gluten, dairy, soy or fructose. When each food group was reintroduced I had no side effects but continued to have GI issues periodically. My naturopath said I may not have an allergy but I could still have a sensitivity to certain foods. This test gives me an idea of which ones I may have problems with so I can work on reducing those in my diet.

I had a hard time getting my blood sample, but I am happy that I did. My results were surprising in same ways and totally made sense in others. I did find an extremely strong link to a separate health issue because of this test. I haven't had time to adjust my diet with the findings, but I am going to ASAP and hope that I see some positive changes.

The Food Sensitivity Test was easy to use, and the results arrived in less than a week! Everything is provided in the kit, including the return envelope ( paid shipping) which I put in my mailbox for pickup. I thought gluten was a problem but couldn't figure out why gluten free foods bothered me. The test showed low response to gluten and revealed other foods/ingredients that were causing the problem! May also help my kids with eczema because gave us a new starting point, in case it's genetic.
