I wouldn't change the test results but it would be nice to have suggestions re: dietician/dietary help and suggestions or avenues of recipes.

I did this test to understand my body in better way and it will definitely help me on my nutrition plan.

Make sure you eat foods that you are curious about before the test. I didn't realize how important that was.

Great product! It helped me realize where my actual food sensitivities lie. I was completely off base on what I "thought" was causing me issues.
