Everlywell Food Sensitivity At Home Test, 96 Different Foods

I think the results of the test are probably accurate and have helped me make some dietary changes that I hope will be beneficial.

Only tests what you already have in your system, if you've already cut foods out of your system it won't do you much of a favor to take this test

It was very easy to use and things went well, just like they said it would! I would not hesitate to do this again to check/verify results over time.

If you want to find out what foods are causing you problems, or why, this is not the test for you. Do not mistake intolerance or allergy for ''sensitivity''. My results came back with zero high reactivity foods, one moderate and four mild... of which all were in the lower percentile to even make a difference. Meaning, the test will not help me determine what foods create digestive issues for me etc, etc

Not to determine intolerance's nor similar

The great thing is that cashews are my most reactive food. Over last several years, cashews give me severe migraines the next day. Used to not be like that and I love cashews. So Husband eats pistachios, so I would take a handful every now and then and the next day end up with migraines but never put it together. I learned other foods that I eat regularly, I feel better, no abdominal issues, no headaches, no tiredness.
