It helped set me up so that I could eliminate those foods from my diet and decrease bloating. It explained a lot of the symptoms I've been having.

Found out my main food sensitivities were to Brewers Yeast, Wheat and Gluten...which confirmed what i suspected! So comforting to know for sure!
