Very easy to use. Turn around time was a bit longer than expected, it took aproximately 2 weeks to receive results. Directions were easy to follow.

The results weren't really that actionable. It was cool, but I had no reactive foods so not sure waht to do next.

What I liked most is that they kept me informed of where the were in the process so that I didn't worry. I liked the follow up recommendations too.

I would have preferred a letter in the mail. My test said one good item was milk..does that included all milk products like cream cheese?

You really need to read and understand what the test is doing to make sure you interpret correctly and eliminate the right stuff (if needed).
