I had no idea that such common things I eat I am sensitive to, but it makes things a little clearer!

Fast and easy! Got my results in a few days. About to start my elimination of certain foods. Unfortunately, some that I love.

Both finger tests did not work. You get 2 in the text and neither worked. Was not able to use the test. Will be returning.

I am using the results to stay away from the things that would irritate me to hopefully help avoid situations and make me feel better.

Had to repeat the test because my blood spots weren't large enough for accurate samples the first time.

This product was very easy to use. Packaging was great too. I couldn't believe how quickly my results came too!

Learned I was very sensitive to cow's milk, which I drink often. Removing dairy has helped me greatly!

I had no idea that my unhappy gut was in part due to all the eggs I eat! I'm so glad that I now know how to adjust my diet to make my belly happy

I love how easy it was and fast the results were. It told me what I had already suspected and gave me peace of mind

It was eye opening to see the results. It pin pointed foods I knew I already had issues with on top of news ones I wasnt aware of.
