This product confirmed my suspicions about my skin and my digestive issues. I have allergies to foods that I have eaten all of my life. This product is allowing me to eliminate foods that made me feel unwell.

I was surprised how easy this was to do at home. I am no where near a phlebotomist and getting the test ready in my bathroom at home was easy and convenient. The results were ready fast. It was so interesting to know what foods are reactive to me!

I was surprised to see garlic, chicken, mustard and almonds because I love all those. But I'm going to cut them out to see if it helps with my bloat & headaches. It might explain a lot!

The information provided was not very informative. Also unsure of accuracy since my husband's results says he is not allergic to shellfish but he is and has gone to ER 3 times for anaphylactic after eating lobster or shrimp.
