Took a bit longer than I had like to get my results but I do have them and now trying to figure out how to incorporate them because I listed items that I never thought cost issues with my digestive tract and body after eating.

I was really pleased with the process and my results. So much so that I am reviewing the other tests available. I'm looking forward to sending in my next test and telling my friends and family about them.

This product came with detailed directions on how to preform sample collection. Results were returned in less than a week and were very easy to understand and read. It helped me to make smarter dietary choices.

This was very helpful information to my proper food consumption. I was eating some food everyday that I shouldn't be eating. Looking forward to seeing the results from the changes.

This was super easy to do. I received my results within the 5 days. I had already assumed what I was sensitive to, but it was nice to see on paper and to for sure know. I would recommend for sure!

One thing i would note, is that there were no instructions on the paper sent with the kit that indicated my finger should NOT touch the test paper. I only saw this in a video after i submitted my test.

Test itself was easy, the time it took to get results was quick. Reading results was simple. They included quite a bit of information on sensitivities such as "hidden foods". Not sure why I waited so long to purchase but glad I did!

I wasn't surprised on some of the things so I know it was accurate. I love how easy it was! I love the email up dates. I love how you explain each idea listed with what foods it's in & what replacements that are available.

The food sensitivity test was somewhat surprising but certainly interesting. I have a medium sensitivity to a some of the foods I often eat and perhaps I will cut down. Mainly, I was happy to know that gluten is not an issue.

I was having bad skin problems and intestinal issues and knew something was up! I am excited to have a guide and will look into buying something for my hormones!
