Although I had no high & only 1 food sensitivity they provided so much helpful information on ALL the foods tested. Fascinating to see & learn about myself. Will be making changes to my diet based on this.

I have really been having a struggle every time I eat so I decided to get the food sensitivity test. I did the test and my results were unexpected!! 4 of the foods I eat ALMOST EVERY DAY I am highly sensitive to!!!

This was a great test to offer and I learned some interesting insights to adjust my diet. I have definitely noticed some improvement in my digestion after eliminating the foods with the highest sensitivity ratings.

This test is amazingly accurate. I cut out eggs to start as they were rated highest for me and I'm starting to feel better. Knowing some triggers for my digestive system allows me to make better life choices.

The test did what it claimed, listed the sensitivity levels to a bunch of foods. But having got the results, I thought it was too expensive for what I got. But it was still helpful.

Ended up returning based on research I did online about the product. It didn't seem like the accuracy of the information I would have gotten from doing the test would have been that beneficial.

The whole process was pretty simple. Getting my results was delayed a few times which was slightly annoying. I would prefer to just get them rather than being told they will be ready when they are not.
