It was exactly what it says. A food sensitivity test gives you a few you might react highly to, mildly, and moderate. It didn't go above and beyond like i was hoping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm super glad I took the plunge and did the food sensitivities test. I think it will be interesting to see if I notice changes when I tweak a few things in my diet.

We have tried a couple of these kits and it seems to have uncovered the food sensitivities we were having. Would recommend to anyone wondering if they have food intolerances.

Nice to discover some of the foods I am sensitive to, since egg whites are at the top of the list iand yolks are in the moderate range, I think I now know the reason I have never felt well after getting a flu shot...this is good I formation!

It was a little hard to take my own blood, but it was ok. The lance they provide does make it easier. You just have to commit and do it! Having results and knowledge about my body is great! Now I can know what foods to not overdo it with.

The test confirmed what I had always suspected. I am most sensitive to eggs and milk. But it also listed other foods I have a sensitivity to. Very good test

It was very easy to do the test. Instructions were easy to follow. Really liked the notifications as my test worked through the process. It did not take time at all. Final report was very informative and easy to follow.
