I was having some food sensitivity issues and thought it might be almonds and gluten - come to find out it was coconut and gluten! I have coconut almost everyday and feel so much better now that I swapped it out!

Super easy to do. The one thing I found a challenge was that the needle lancet was difficult to trigger. The amount of pressure required to activate it caused me to have to waste one testing it on the counter top. Thankfully there were 2 in the kit.
