I had been trying to figure out what was causing me digestive distress. Eliminating this and avoiding that...NOW I know what to avoid and am already feeling much better!

Really appreciated the speed, quality and detailed test. The kit was very concise and directions were easy to follow. Results came faster then expected and were very detailed. Appreciated the follow up emails offering additional information.

I would love a more streamlined 1 page summary PDF report with all of the foods (high, medium, low, etc). Also a 1 page PDF on elimination diet would be helpful. Maybe even an elimination diet tracking diary!

I used my left side of left pinky and that worked best. It was fast and easy. Results are pretty quick. Results made sense. Confirmed suspicions to Foods I am sensitive too and made a clear outline of foods to avoid.

I did the food sensitivities test and was surprised by the results. Two foods I eat all the time were causing me issues. So, now I'm making adjustments in my diet and hoping that helps!

It was nice to find out what I am sensitive to. However, it has the same information for all categories. Not personalized at all. And, When I get my results there is no instructions on what to do next. Not Impressed.

I had some lingering, but not serious digestive issues. The test did pin point 3 not surprising food concerns, Which will give me pause when consuming.

Provided useful information for my elimination diet. The entire process was easy and quick. I would highly recommend this to use in conjunction with your doctors advice.
