I took this test to try and figure out why I always have an upset stomach. Now I understand why I have the symptoms I have and can eliminate things that I had a strong reaction to!

Everything about the product was great, except the lancet! It was unfortunately too long for my finger and caused a bruise and open wound for many days. When I've used other lancets (for blood sugar tests), this has never happened.

This test was easy to take and the results easy to read. I leaned what has been causing me so much discomfort and giving me hive flare ups. I'm on my way to being a new better more comfortable me! Thank you!

Bought this test to try and figure out if foods might be causing some of my fatigue, joint pain and headaches. Sure enough have several moderate sensitivities and quite a few mild. My husband even had a highly reactive.

I don't agree with the results of the food sensitivity test. If I eliminated some of these items I would not eat any protein. And some of the items I just don't like! I am unsure if I can trust these results.

The results were interesting to see, but all my results were either low or mild reactivity so they aren't necessarily useful. Again, still interesting though.

The test was easy to use and directions were simple. It was easy to ship back and I loved the fact that I was able to get my results via text message with a simple quick.

There are a lot of foods my stomach doesn't react to well but i never knew what ingredients could be causing it. Also a really good way to see oif maybe something else is wrong with you gut thats not just food related.

Would add a little more instructions on how to use the needle, at first when I twisted off the top I thought it was broken because I couldn't see the needle and I just had to push harder.
