I was skeptical at first and nervous, but it was super simple and easy! I was surprised by my results and it definitely helps knowing what my body reacts to and how severe.

Product is easy to use and they were helpful sending a new kit when my first one didn't work. It might work for you... but it didn't explain my food issues and I'm going to need to do further tests elsewhere.

Well, I received the results of my test and see I have very few foods that I am sensitive too.... so I guess this is a good thing. In fact, its only Cashews that I should minimize and my intolerance to them was minimal. I should be happy.

The idea of the product is great. However, I was very disappointed when I got my results. There was not very much helpful information for next steps besides it recommending an elimination diet but no additional information regarding that.

I was told I have 0 high sensitivities, 2 moderate sensitivities, 20 mild sensitivities and 74 low sensitivities. These are a lot of foods to ignore. I think I will concentrate on the moderate and mild ones to start and see how that goes

it was very user-friendly for start to finish. I got my results back within one week! It confirmed my suspicions of being sensitive to shellfish. YIKES!

Wow never knew I had bad reactions to some of the foods I was tested for. I will now be able to adjust my diet for a healthier life. Very quick results....will have to wait a bit longer for the DNA part 2 of this test.
