It was nice to find out what I am sensitive to. However, it has the same information for all categories. Not personalized at all. And, When I get my results there is no instructions on what to do next. Not Impressed.

It was very easy to use except getting yourself to lance yourself! The results have made so much sense after I cut them out and reintroduced them however how they rate them with a number score seems a little off dude to my sensitivity

Straight forward instructions (videos also available) make it really easy to complete. Some tests require more blood drops then others so be aware, especially if you're doing more than one test at once. Fast results too!

I was really pleased with the process and my results. So much so that I am reviewing the other tests available. I'm looking forward to sending in my next test and telling my friends and family about them.

I have been plagued by itching and never could figure out what my sensitivity was. When I saw them I was shocked and am now able to eliminate those foods and feel better!

It was fairly easy to do, and extremely convenient. It revealed foods that I didn't think I was having an issue with. This product is helpful to know where to start in an elimination diet.

I liked how easy it was to test but I did not like the type of lancet that came with the kit. I did not like the fact that you had to use force to push down on it to stick your finger. I like the push button lancet better.

It is great to finally know the foods I should shy away from as nothing seemed to bother me consistently. But with the information that I now know I am excited to move forward and hopefully feel good on a normal basis.

The food sensitivity test was a super simple test to complete and the results came back very quickly. This test is great if you're showing allergy symptoms but can't find the cause of them.
