I have had an inkling for a while that I was sensitive to almonds and low and behold this test proved me right. It was super cool to see the foods that could be affecting me.

I already followed a non-processed, clean-eating diet. This test helped to confirm what I THOUGHT I was allergic to, and pointed out some other foods that I may need to stay away from. The entire test was quick and easy from start to finish.

My experience was good. I mailed my test on December 4th, but I didn't receive an email that the test was received until December 18th. That was a little disappointing, but I contacted you through email and always got a prompt and helpful response.

It was interesting but if something is in the Moderate or Mild category, should I try to avoid or eliminate that food? Instructions on what to do with this information was minimal.
