The test was easy to complete and I received my results quickly. My test results confirmed most of my food sensitivity suspicions. Although, I did have a few surprising results so I am currently on the elimination diet.

I was surprised to see that through elimination prior to taking this test, foods I know I'm sensitive too didn't show up the way I thought they would. I also learned of some others I will try eliminate too see if there is improvement.

It was very easy to use except getting yourself to lance yourself! The results have made so much sense after I cut them out and reintroduced them however how they rate them with a number score seems a little off dude to my sensitivity
