I was impressed by the results of the test. I have been watching my food triggers closely but found I was eating some of the foods that were still giving me issues but never thought they were the trigger foods.

I was very pleased with the information I received in the results of my test. I can't wait to start focusing more on the ingredients I'm sensitive to, and see if I notice a difference in skin, digestion, etc.

The test was hard to decipher and didn't show what i was looking for. Food sensitivities are a hard thing and I was expecting more answers for what I got. A little frustrated about the answers.

The test was incredibly easy to use, with simple, easy to follow instructions. It was just as easy to send back, and the results got back to me quickly.

Great information. Thought I might have some food sensitivity and the test nailed it. I got confirmation on what I thought it might be and I can make knowing choices now to be my best and healthiest self.

Wish the information online said they were only testing for food I had eaten recently and not all foods, or at least on the box so I could have eaten some foods I thought might have been the problems.

My only suggestion is suggesting diet options or alternatives to the specific food that is listed as a sensitivity. Also, if you could specify which levels would require immediate removal from diet (ex medium vs mild).

Pretty easy to take and most of the results I got I already suspected so it confirmed that and then some were surprises, but made sense. Hoping some lifestyle changes will get me on a healthier tract.

It's great to know there is a test out there to show me what I am sensitive to seeing how I am disabled with an unknown autoimmune disease. Now I can take my sensitive items out and see which one(s) are messing with me.

This was great to confirm my thoughts on as few food groups and others surprised me, but I will test via elimination. Great to be able to take control of my food and health sensitivities on my own.
