I'm surprised by a lot of my results. A few foods that showed up, I had suspicions about, but 75% of the results were a shock to me! I'm excited to do my elimination diet and hopefully get some relief!

I wish there were more than 2 finger pricks because I have a hard time giving blood anyways, and filling the dots was a struggle but I loved the speed and accuracy of the tests and I'm excited to see how I feel after cutting out certain foods

I knew my blood type so I was not surprised to see the top sensitivities. I was surprised by a few others, though. This test will help taylor my new eating plan and maybe finally lose weight!
