Was irrationally nervous about Obtaining the blood. It wasn't bad at all. Fast process and results. Happy to know what foods I can avoid to help improve my health.

I was pleased at how simple the process was and how many different sensitivities they test for. My only wish would be that they do 2 tests for the price so you can compare after eliminating the sensitive food.

Great. Confirmed my suspicions on the foods. Also I am not sensitive to gluten as we all thought but to wheat or another protein on wheat. So I changed myself from being gluten sensitive to wheat sensitive. Good to know.

The idea of the product is great. However, I was very disappointed when I got my results. There was not very much helpful information for next steps besides it recommending an elimination diet but no additional information regarding that.
