I've had diarrhea, yeast infections, skin sensitivity, headaches, migraines, and sleepiness beginning 10 years ago when I was 9. At first I thought I was gluten intolerant and removed that from my diet around 9 years old. That didn't cure any of my symptoms so I started eating it again. When I was 16 I had diarrhea so bad it was getting hard for me to play sports. I took a trip to the pediatrician and she referred me to a specialist who performed a colonoscopy. They didn't find anything and told me to remove all dairy from my diet- cheese, milk, yogurt, ice cream- everything. Again, my symptoms persisted and I went back to eating dairy as usual. Fast forward to age 19 when this test showed up in my moms search history on google. I was a little wary of my mom purchasing the test because it was so expensive but she bought it anyways because she thought it could be the answer to symptoms I've had for over half of my life. My mom has always believed there was a root diagnosis or cause of all my weird seemingly unrelated symptoms that doctors couldn't link. I took the test and sent it in, which was a super easy process btw. The test revealed high sensitivities to cows milk, yogurt, and egg whites as well as 6 moderate foods and 16 mild foods. After a week of the elimination diet, the problems I've had for the past 10 years have disappeared. The diet I'm on is like a paleo diet, with my diet consisting of predominantly meat, vegetables, and limited fruits. I would definitely recommend this test to anyone and everyone who has had chronic undiagnosed symptoms like me, and even just people who just want to learn more about their bodies. Food has a way of kicking me when I'm down. I never know exactly what's going to affect me and when it does, misery is inevitable. My results were not what I expected at all, which is actually really enlightening bc food I thought I was good with is the actual culprit. Now I have a great place to start with reshaping my diet.

I found out that I'm sensitive to eggs, which I never would have guessed! I knew several foods caused my stomach to be upset, but knowing that it's likely connected to the eggs in the food is very helpful! Now I'm starting my elimination diet to see. Thanks!

I would never have suspected a high reaction to egg whites. I thought eggs were the perfect food for me. Always had been a breakfast staple. Went without for two weeks and upon re-introducing, was horribly sick for a day and a half. This is real for me. No more eggs, at least for a while.

The food sensitivity test came quickly, was easy to use, and the turn around time to get results was lickety split. The results verified some of what I suspected, due to previous elimination diets, but indicated some really big surprises, too. So glad I took the time to look into this product.

Easy to take the test, I received results back in the time I was told. So helpful to learn my sensitivity to things I would never have thought to look into! I would have liked a more detailed recommendation of next steps or diet changes, but otherwise clear to understand.

Many of the results I had suspected over the years. But some really surprised me! I'm glad I know now and will immediately make adjustments in the diet. It's nice working from a place of knowledge and no longer guessing ...can I eat this? should I eat that? I'm very satisfied.
