My results came back very insightful. Some of what I thought I was sensitive to. I'm working with a functional health practitioner who said this test is one of the good ones. I did not like the process to go about getting this test done and submitted. I followed the directions three separate times before blood collection and really had a hard time getting enough blood needed. I even had help from someone else. My test was prolonged because of this and then I had to wait longer to get my results because of high test volume. Happy with my outcome just wasn't so happy about the difficult process. A suggestion would be to enclose two collection cards instead of one when first sending the test. And being allowed to combine the cards if there is not enough blood in each dot on card one.

So happy I invested in this test. I had always suspected some kind of food sensitivity but so empowering to know the exact foods that were causing me issues. I feel like I can now take the full step to make diet changes. Very convenient and quick results.

Nice to be able to complete the test all from home! Quick turn-around time! Clear results available in three different formats! I had to go out and buy more lancets in order to collect enough blood but I have poor circulation so was not surprised by this. Running up and down steps before poking helped!

I had some issues with the test initially and the customer service was 5 stars. That said, this was my first food sensitivity test and it came back with results I mostly expected. In order to make the test worth the price, I think EverlyWell needs to expand on their one and done report. For instance, why not offer tailored recipes based upon findings, etc.

I got this test to try to help diagnose the underlying cause of some issues- tummy problems and other weird allergy like symptoms. I had suspected kale was a culprit and it happened to be very high on the list of inflammatory foods. I have cut out the other top foods and after a couple of days I already feel so much better. I will definitely test again in a couple months to see if anything has changed. My only complaint is that the add on food test is not available to purchase as a stand alone item.

My prior review of this product was not carefully informed and for this I apologize. I have reviewed the results once again and clearly see that they have surprisingly more merit than I thought. I suppose an allergy test would give more in depth results, but I am happy to be alerted to the few items that may be causing upset in my digestive system. I was suspicious that I might be gluten intolerant, and I have Hashimoto's disease, so I really wanted to know if I should cut out wheat and gluten. This test gave me the answer quickly..Those 2 things were the only big ones to watch out for, according to my results.

This kit is VERY easy to register and complete. The directions are very detailed. It does utilize a small amount of blood from a finger stick. The results are delivered quickly via email and are categorized for easy interpretation. If you have any dietary or food related questions or symptoms, please give this a try!

I thought everything was great about this experience except that my 2 fingers were very sore for 3 days after doing the needle puncture and having to squeeze out the blood on 5 spots. My fingers were bruised and painful. They company needs to let this be known so that you can plan your days after dealing with very sore fingers, since I did 2 tests that day and used 2 fingers. So if you need to use your fingers for fine manipulation or gripping sports like tennis. You need to know that your fingers will hurt.

There were a few surprises, that's for sure. Some of the foods listed as high on my reactivity scale I like so I was disappointed to read those scores and some of the foods listed as high are not, so that was fine with me. Now I can look at my chart and decide if it's worth my stomach acting up or not to eat a particular food. The foods that rated Class 3, I'm going to steer away from; this is a good tool.
