I am happy with the convenience EverlyWell offers with their in-home lab tests and I may order different tests in the future. I was happy with the easy instructions to follow for testing. However, I was disappointed because I didn't realize until AFTER I received my food sensitivity results that the FS test is accurate for sensitivities only and not for true allergies - IGE vs IGG. I feel this information should have been CLEARLY explained before purchase. So, I may recommend EverlyWell, but not the Food Sensitivity test.

The test was easy to take, send in, and wait 8 days for the results - great experience there. But I was really surprised by the results. Not sure if the limited number of foods, the test was poor, or I'm completely wrong about my sensitivities, but I've been diagnosed with IBS and gastrointestinal problems - went this route with a food sensitivity test because it's so hard to get into a specialist and expensive! Alas - I was low/mildy sensitive to nearly the whole list - and this didn't help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This test provided some clarity around which foods were causing certain autoimmune reactions. I had my suspicions, but it was nice to have real answers. Also, it was great that I didn't have to make an appointment at a lab or get a doctor's note to do so.

I always have headaches and abdominal pains joint pain. Thought maybe it was related to food but everything came back low and 15 mild, but it was just everything I ate the last few days. I'm thinking that's just because of what I ate most recently. So can't say if the tests work or not. Maybe I just don't have any High sensitivities.

The process of completing the test and getting the results was pretty straightforward. The results weren't quite as I expected and I'm not sure if that's a problem of the test or if that's just my level of already eating so clean. So not sure I got what I was looking for.

Wow, that process could not have been any easier and it was a great way to see which foods may be causing some of the bloating and digestive discomfort I feel at times. I've already begun the suggested elimination diet and so far, its working out well. Thanks Everly for creating a simple test that doesn't require a separate lab trip or a ton of money.

Easy to complete. I thought I didn't get enough blood, emailed CS and they said it looked great. Not 100% sure of results since I have one food that always gets me gassy and bloated and it didn't register a sensitivity at all. Very sad to see beer (brewers yeast) was my worst one.

This whole experience was very simple and easy. The results were broken down in a way that was easy to comprehend. I didn't have any reactions stronger than 'mild' so I don't have much to go off of for my fatigue and skin issues, but at least now I know! I can't speak to the accuracy of the test because I'm not a doctor, but it was a solid starting point and I'm glad I did it.

So glad I did this food sensitivity test. I've been battling cystic acne for years and am tired of being on medications and using topicals that just seems to be a bandaid. After doing some research I found acne likely stems from the inside out, meaning your gut, hence my interest in taking this test. I am shocked to find out I have sensitivity to healthy foods (to name a few: egg whites, tropical fruits, yogurt) I was eating multiple times a week! These were the culprits to my "unhealthy" gut. Since this test, I have eliminated them from my diet and will slowly introduce to see how they are affecting me. Overall, I am glad that I did this test because it cleared up my thinking of the foods I thought I was sensitive to which turned out I am not, hooray for no sensitivity to berries and cheese! I am giving a 4 star rating due to the timing it took to get my test results. Be prepared to wait the full 30 days for your results.

I have tried other food sensitivity tests in the past, but this is by far the most in depth at home test I have done. I mailed my samples on a Thursday, and my results were in by that next Wednesday! It was a super quick turn around. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!
