Used because of chronic GI issues with previous elimination diets and FODMAP diet. It was informative and a good place to start. Gave good insight on some not so common triggers for inflammation for myself, to things I wouldnt have suspected as issues. Here's to seeing if theres any truth to the findings as I begin to eliminate the positive tested things!

This test is a very helpful start for a long and challenging journey to evaluate and help you guide your personal elimination diet journey. I've been successful in identifying dozens of foods and food groups that have caused multiple unpleasant symptoms/health issues and eliminating them accordingly and this test clearly confirmed some of them, but not all. There were also a few surprises, such as foods that seem to not bother me at all, yet they showed up in a high sensitivity group. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this test to a friend who is ready to learn and understand their body and nutrition better, but it will not be helpful to anyone who wants an easy solution, as it simply doesn't exist.

I took the food sensitivity test. It was so easy to do myself, especially with the videos with directions. The test itself came back with a few that i had already suspected were culprits for my symptoms which was so validating. And then there were a few more surprises that I can start taking out of my diet to see which are contributing to my symptoms. All in all I was very pleased with the easiness of taking the test and the quick results that I got. Would definitely recommend!!!

I have taken a few test with this company and had really great results, I have learned so much but I just took the food sensitive and didn't really react to anything but now I am wondering if my allergy pill I take in spring might have effected the results ??? I didn't see anything warning me about it but this is the first test I have taken with this company I question the results on..

I have severe ulcerative colitis and just diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis. The doctors were hesitant about doing any food tests with me so I purchased this test. Alot of the food that were on the high sensitivity list were ones that I thought bothered me. I plan to know follow a strict diet using your results to see if my symptoms get better.

Easy to use kit with great instructions as well as additional video material available online for worried consumers (me). No question about "is this how I do it?" Brings great piece of mind. Quick results from the lab with updates provided by the company such as when they received my kit back in the mail. Clear, straightforward results with option to download lab results to bring to your regular physician or allergist. I wish the price were more affordable, but the easy to use kit and easy to read results made the hefty price more bearable.

This product was insightful and helpful in my pursuit to health. However, aside from "you are extremely/moderately/mildly sensitive...I didn't think the information they gave was that customized. There is a description under each food they test you against...and alot of those descriptions were copied and pasted. And the description was clearly generic. It could easily go in a brochure. It provided no detail towards me and my health. Overall, I am glad I bought this. However, understand that besides a ranking on sensitivity....there is no customization to YOUR health with this product.

I purchased the Everlywell food sensitivity test, as I have had multiple systemic issues, including GI problems, for quite some time that multiple medical professionals could not explain.
