This test was so easy to do! Directions were easy to follow, and the testing itself was easy as well. Test results came back fast, and I was able to understand the results without consulting anyone for help. So thankful for this test, and how it helped me change my life and feel better again!

I'm still not quite sure what to make of my results, since the medical community seems to have mixed reviews on the testing, and I was hoping I would have something in the "moderate" reaction zone that stood out (I only had a handful of "mild" reactivities, nothing more). But overall I thought the process was easy to follow and I was excited about getting my results.

I made significant date changes to my diet about 4 years ago where I removed most milks but switched to almond based products. I suffer from Chronic Migraine and Almonds showed up as a moderate sensitivity. I plan on do an elimination diet over the next 6 months to see if there is any change in my Migraines.

I have had a reaction to certain foods for a couple years and could not figure out what was causing my mouth and gums to be sore, I will take the results from test to help me eliminate possible trigger foods. I must admit some of the result surprised me.

The test is easy and you get fast results. There foods that I ended up being sensitive too that I never would have imagined eliminating, like pineapple and crab! I'm excited to see how I feel in the next few weeks after eliminating 5 foods I was moderately sensitive too.

Beware that in the fine print after you get your results, it tells you that it can only test accurately for food sensitivities to foods you have eaten recently. So if you haven't eaten something in the last month, it will say you have a low sensitivity, which means basically nothing. Anything not in your system will say low sensitivity, even if you might be highly sensitive. And also, now I'm getting advertisement emails to add another test to test for 88 additional food sensitivities that were apparently not tested with my first kit. It feels like I'm heading down a rabbit hole. I won't be doing the other test. I gave the test a 3 rating because it did tell me I'm moderately sensitive to some foods a I do usually eat, so I'm assuming that's true and will modify my diet. Whether it makes a difference in how I feel remains to be seen.

I have been sick for a long time. This helps make my life so much easier! I wish the results came with some dialogue that was a bit clearer. Example: If I am intolerant to mushrooms, what else could I be intolerant to. But it was a wonderful job done.
