Thank you for providing the Antibody Reactivity Foods Test. It is safe, easy to use, practical and reliable. I was pleasantly surprised with the results as well: Your test diagnosed a group foods that mostly I had certainty and/or suspicions on, and a few foods I might eliminate now to evaluate.

I purchased this kit because recently, I have been plagued with hives for no reason and it is driving me crazy. I thought maybe there is something I am intolerant to since our bodies change every couple of years. The hardest part was drawing enough blood... I screwed up the first two finger prickers so I only had one left to use. I had to squeeze my finger tip until it was numb to gather enough for the sample. Word to the wise, read the finger pricker instructions thoroughly before trying to use. They are not difficult but I missed the part where you have to twist off the cap first.

The test was relatively easy to obtain blood samples for and I got my results back pretty quickly. I wish there had somehow been a "sample" card to help "practice" the first blood drop because I totally messed up a couple of them...BUT I was able to get enough to be processed. Not sure how this would work realistically but my only real issue. I found out information that was not on my radar as issues so that was enlightening. I'd already been eliminating certain foods so I kind of wish I would have taken this prior to that just to get an idea of what my true reactions were before elimination. I plan to get another kit in a few months to see what has changed with some dietary changes!

This was SO EASY to use, it was idiot proof. Follow the directions & mail, doesn't get much easier that and then you get results. It may not be what you expect but it is interesting & sometimes amusing. It reaffirmed my dislike of asparagus, so there!!

I found this test to be very insightful, as the results were foods I had often wondered if I should or should not be eating. I am going to make changes to my lifestyle based on these results and I look forward to utilizing this company's additional products in the future .

I've been told by doctors I was gluten sensitive without ever having proof from any tests. I went gluten free for 6 weeks and yeah, I felt better but was not convinced gluten was the sole culprit of all of my gastric issues. I ran across this test and after seeing testimonials of other people like me decided I had nothing to lose. The test itself wasn't painful (carefully follow directions and watch the video). It took some time for the results but well worth the wait. My suspicions were confirmed! In addition to gluten, I am most sensitive to eggs and dairy among a few other things. I have ordered the expanded test and plan to do the elimination diet after I receive those results to pinpoint my main food sensitivities. If you have any issues at all I highly recommend this test.

I have been trying to lose weight for some time and was struggling no matter how much I worked out or ate correctly. I figured what would I have to lose by taking this test. I was able to use my FSA funds to purchase it so that was a bonus. The test arrived in about 3 days and it was easy to take. The instructions were straightforward. I put it back in the mail by Friday and had my results the following Wednesday. It should that one of the main foods that I was eating my body doesn't like. That explained a lot. I started making a change and could tell a difference right away. My bloating was down along with inflammation. Get this test. You don't know what you don't know.
