SO GLAD I did this for myself!! Was referred to this test by a friend of mine who heard me complaining about this obnoxious bloat I've been dealing with for months. I knew in my gut I had food sensitivities- and never fully knew to what. So after taking this test & applying the safe food guidelines daily, I've really seen a consistent positive change in my gut, energy, and skin. I have been battling hives for years. My medical Dr. Just dismissed it as nothing serious. I knew it had to be foods because it happened after I would eat something. It may not have been a full on anaphylactic situation, but now I know what foods that I'm sensitive to. The test was easy to use and I got fast results. It was super easy instructions, easy to complete & send in. It was only a few days & I received my full report. The step by step process was great to be able to track where your test was at. Easy to read what type of reactions I have to what foods. Can't wait to begin eliminating!

Well if I'm to say anything I don't know what it be I've got mixed feelings about being sensitive to chicken and egg whites and yoke I eat chicken daily thinking their was no way it was that. I'm not happy about the results but it does explain why I feel the way I do and plan to curve it the best I can definitely worth the money.
