Assembly was at least a 3 person job over the course of a couple days. Helpful to put up temporary supports during connecting the walls together. We got the gutter and mosquito net also. This has been a wonderful addition to help shade our sunny concrete patio. Now we get to enjoy! The only issue we had was with the mosquito netting. They give 3/4” screws to attach the track which are too short to get aligned even with a longer bit. Highly recommend a magnetic bit or little fingers to get those rails up. It was by far the most fiddly part of the job.

And if you need touch up stain to fix minor scratches or marks they are happy to send it to you. I would definitely it from them again. If you live in a windy area this is the Gazebo for you.

Love our new gazebo! Great quality and it looks so nice! Also very impressed with Backyard Discovery! Great customer service. The first one we ordered was going to be a few inches too big. The boxes were unopened so they had it picked up and returned at no charge, and processed our refund promptly! Their installation cost is also very reasonable, after getting other quotes. Very impressed with the company and the product, which is difficult to find these days. Great experience all around!

Don't think twice, this is an excellent product, easy to install. I'm 62 years old and did the entire project by myself except for assistance lifting the roof. After completing the build I added a few extras. Added a full double sided back pannel and then built two cabinets beside my blackstone grill. Last was power and lights. This was an amazing product for a 19th hole 110 yard par 3 and oversized putting green.

We bought this a month ago and love it, added a run off gutter, installed a TV, installed patio lights, and started to decorate with signs, clock, ceiling fan, etc. Its real sturdy and anchored to the patio concrete. Would recommend to anyone considering a good product to purchase the Backyard Acadia.

Great quality! Follow the instructions and recruit a few friends. It took two days at a steady pace for two seniors. Thrilled that a few extra pieces of hardware were included “just in case”. A play structure for the grandkids might be the next purchase.

I recently purchased the 14x12 Arcadia Gazebo and couldn’t be happier—it’s not only beautiful but incredibly sturdy and well-built. At 67, I assembled it myself with just a couple of simple braces I made, which speaks to how user-friendly it is. I was so impressed that I bought the 12x9.5 Arcadia to expand my patio setup. For anyone in the Midwest, especially Ohio, this is the perfect solution. The wind rating and snow load are exactly what we need for our harsh winters. I compared it to the options at my local big box stores, but they couldn’t match the strength and specifications required for our climate. Quality is very good. Looks great! Assembly is best with 2 people and takes a few hours. Polyurethane all wood parts first. Everyone who has seen it wants one! I put it adjacent to the Backyard Discovery Norwood. Wish they would fit together without a gap.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. All the hardware and instructions made it very easy to assemble. The cuts are perfect fit and the quality is great. Best of all my wife and kids love it and enjoy it and I can grill anytime and my family can enjoy lounging on our free time.

I purchased this Gazebo a few months ago…what a beautiful and sturdy Gazebo…well worth the money…I had a handy man put it up…it definitely need two people to put this Gazebo up…I love the rustic look and cedar color…My next project is to put in a fire pit just outside the Gazebo. This Gazebo was a steal.
