We absolutely love our 14x12 Arcadia gazebo. My husband and I set this up by ourselves. The instructions were impeccable. Although, you do need to have advanced DIY skills in order to tackle we took our time and were able to do it. Every detail was perfectly outlined. The kit itself was extremely high quality. The end product is beautiful and sturdy. We couldn't be happier with it!

I bought and assembled my grill gazebo earlier this month. The kit was very well packed and came with all the necessary hardware including some extras! The directions were fairly easy to follow but you need to pay attention to the details in the pictures. I found it easier to build the roof structure and mount it before installing the roof panels. It was much lighter to lift with two people. Once installed, we added the roof panels one by one using two ladders. The gazebo looks great and is very functional. I have both my pellet grill/smoker and BBQ side by side under the gazebo!!

I purchased my Backyard Discovery Saxony XL grill gazebo to for our outdoor grill station. All of our parts were in great condition and install was pretty straightforward. It's great having a place to cook and serve hot off the griddle or smoker . Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

This kit was excellent. Extra fasteners in case you lost one on the ground while building was a plus. Super easy installation booklet. The app was clunky and too time consuming to use. Love the protection for my car and we will use it for outdoor gatherings as well. I will paint it to match the rest of my house posts soon.

Already had this unit for 2 months and it has been such a great addition outdoor area. We live in South Florida and needed a gazebo over the newly updated BBQ area to protect it from the sun and the rain. Once the gazebo was completely up you can feel how sturdy and solid it sits on the surface without having secure it against the wall, it can free stand with no additional support. After an extensive research this unit by far proved to be the more high quality gazebo and the assembly instructions were very easy to follow with all hardware clearly marked. This has transformed the backyard to even a better space in our home and enhancing the look of outdoor space. Some of our visitors have been so impressed by it that they are planning to add one to there outdoor space.

To complete my family's backyard transformation, we wanted to include a gazebo over our hot tub. After researching many different gazebo kits, we decided to team up with Backyard Discovery. We live in Northeast Ohio and get variety of weather. We were sold on this gazebo as it is PRO-TECT certified to withstand winds up to 100 MPH and 3,500 pounds of snow! Additionally, it came with a 5-year warranty and a power port so we could plug in our decorative lighting and eventually a small outdoor T.V. The Gazebo arrive quickly and well packaged. Assembly took us about 2 days, and we had 3 adults working on the project. The parts were well labeled, and the instructions were amazing!! Backyard Discovery not only provides normal paper instructions but, they utilize the BILT App which gives you 3D instructions as well as reads them aloud. The App also gives tips, tricks, and cautions during assembly. This was my first time using the BILT App and I am impressed. The assembled gazebo is very sturdy and is simply beautiful. I just finished setting up my 24x12 Arcadia Gazebo. Overall it turned out great. Very happy with how it looks. The instructions are just ok, pretty easy to figure out once you get familiar with the parts. I took a star off because a few of the pieces had the holes pre drilled in the wrong spots. This is at least a 3 person job for some parts of it.
