This gazebo is so beautiful! Everyone compliments on it! Assembly was straightforward, took two people and one day. Only thing I wish was an option is a cedar privacy wall.

Put it up by myself in a day and a half. Great addition to our pool area. Didn’t realize y’all based out of Pittsburg, KS until I added the little placard at the end. I was actually in a Motel in Pittsburg for work when I placed the order lol.

Extremely happy with my Saxony XL! The shipping packaging was easy to sort. The 3D model available online made the install infinitely easier. The final product is absolutely stunning.

This is our second gazebo with this company, the quality of the gazebo is amazing. It's beautiful in our backyard and practically a second living room.

I can't say enough good thing about this product!! I searched a long time for something that was going to the size I wanted and withstand possible wind conditions. I had this built in September 2025 and this past winter we experienced lots of heavy wind conditions and zero concerns especially because my area building code requires 3ft footers so it definitely wasn't going anywhere!!! The only complaint from my contractor was the way it was packaged having to unbox everything and find all the parts. We had electric installed including a ceiling fan and the power port if excellent to be able to plug in additional items needed. Can't wait to get out this spring!

We have yet to assemble our unit. Living in Northeast Wisconsin, the weather hasn't been cooperating. But, as we unpacked it all, beginning to seal everything, we are truly impressed with the materials, the manual and the quality of everything.

This kit went together with ease. The step by step instructions were easy to follow and every part and hardware were labeled correctly. My Saxony kit looks great.

To complete my family's backyard transformation, we wanted to include a gazebo over our hot tub. After researching many different gazebo kits, we decided to team up with Backyard Discovery. We live in Northeast Ohio and get variety of weather. We were sold on this gazebo as it is PRO-TECT certified to withstand winds up to 100 MPH and 3,500 pounds of snow! Additionally, it came with a 5-year warranty and a power port so we could plug in our decorative lighting and eventually a small outdoor T.V. The Gazebo arrive quickly and well packaged. Assembly took us about 2 days, and we had 3 adults working on the project. The parts were well labeled, and the instructions were amazing!! Backyard Discovery not only provides normal paper instructions but, they utilize the BILT App which gives you 3D instructions as well as reads them aloud. The App also gives tips, tricks, and cautions during assembly. This was my first time using the BILT App and I am impressed. The assembled gazebo is very sturdy and is simply beautiful. Just absolutely loved the entire experience with this carport. I knew it was going to be a challenge because of the grade where I wanted to place it. There is a good 15" drop from one corner to the opposite corner. Since the posts are hollow I decided to modify the bottoms. I first dug the required holes and filled them with concrete. Then I accurately measured the drop from the highest point to all the other post slabs. I then used 4x4 and 2x8 pressure treated wood to build inserts. I added 5" to all the posts so that the post on the highest point would have a "matching" base. The top of the black paint on the posts are now all level. My approach to this install was when I inventoried everything I stacked all the parts in reverse order from the instructions. I then built all the joists and reverse stacked them in the order that the instructions called for them. Day of the install went so very easy. Literally less than a day to assemble the posts, joists, roof, and anchors. Finished product is so much more than I expected. We love this carport!!

i think, it wouldve been nice to have had the booklet, or the scan code, prior to the boxed parts, arriving on site. since there were so many boxes, it was difficult to get to the box with the instructions. it took 2 men and 1 woman about 6 full days to complete. I dont know if, instructiobs werent clear, or if the men jumped ahead, and thought they knew better ha ha. But the first 2 days was a lot of redoing. Did have left over bolts n screws, but were short on a few, and drip edge. seems like a wellbuilt carport. very nice color and trim. so time will tell how it holds up. Good luck!
