We are so happy with this purchase! It is extremely well made and everything fit together perfectly. There were extra bolts, nuts and washers of every size. We had 4 people to help assemble and it was completed in about 4 hours. Though doable, I think would be difficult for 2 people to do this so I would recommend at least 3. I also added a coat of stain before assembly and it is beautiful.

Great product at a reasonable price! Make sure to read and follow instructions to the T. That made assembly very easy. Also do yourself a favor and pre stain the entire gazebo before you put together. Looking forward to may years of enjoyment

I've had an excellent experience with the Backyard Discovery Saxony Grill Gazebo. The cedar construction is sturdy, attractive, and looks great on my patio. It provides plenty of shade while grilling and does a great job keeping the rain off, so I can cook comfortably in almost any weather. The assembly takes some time, but all the parts are well labeled and the instructions are easy to follow. Once it's anchored, the gazebo feels very solid. This review is actually of our XL Saxony Grill pergola…just finally finished installing last week. The pergola was easy to put together. Instructions were very clear, and 3d view was very helpful. My wife and I put as much as possible together in preparation for our sons joining us to connect the four posts and add the roof…it now houses our original outdoor kitchen. It is our 2nd Backyard Discovery pergola (you can see in the picture, behind the Saxony XL, our Arcadia Pergola, which we use primarily for concerts and movies). I purchased my Backyard Discovery Saxony XL grill gazebo to for our outdoor grill station. All of our parts were in great condition and install was pretty straightforward. It's great having a place to cook and serve hot off the griddle or smoker . Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Purchased this on sale for $900 off the gazebo. Purchased with the assembly. Gazebo arrived, however no contact from the assembler. Spent several hours on the phone with Sam's Club trying to find an assembler. After no success even after they supposedly reached out to vendor we requested a refund for assembly of $1220. We were told we would get it in 5 - 7 business days. Followed up after 8 business days and no refund. Sam's Club says the discount was on the installation and only wanted to offer $300 back. The item is fine but Sam's Club and Vendor will rip you off on the assembly. Find somewhere to get it.

I recently purchased the 14x12 Arcadia Gazebo and couldn't be happier—it's not only beautiful but incredibly sturdy and well-built. Already had this unit for 2 months and it has been such a great addition outdoor area. We live in South Florida and needed a gazebo over the newly updated BBQ area to protect it from the sun and the rain. Once the gazebo was completely up you can feel how sturdy and solid it sits on the surface without having secure it against the wall, it can free stand with no additional support. After an extensive research this unit by far proved to be the more high quality gazebo and the assembly instructions were very easy to follow with all hardware clearly marked. This has transformed the backyard to even a better space in our home and enhancing the look of outdoor space. Some of our visitors have been so impressed by it that they are planning to add one to there outdoor space.
