Also, I do carb cycling so it is so wonderful for my low carb days. excited to have found it. I am really looking forward to baking with it.

My mom was diabetic so Ive tried my share of sugar substitutes. This was great though! I used it to substitute 1 for 1 in my Blueberry Crumb Muffins and I couldnt tell the difference in my final product. Would definitely recommend for anyone on a diabetic or keto diet, or just looking to cut out some calories and sugar.

I love that you just replace equal amounts to replace sugar in a recipe. So much easier than trying to figure out the correct amount. Definitely going into the sugar bowl!

I enjoy sugar in my tea so I first tried the white Truvia. it dissolved well in both hot and iced tea. The taste was sweet, but in a very different way from normal sugar and seemed to have a lingering aftertaste that I wasn't overly fond of, but with regular use (beyond the week I tried) I might get used to it. Unfortunately it made the inside of my cheeks swell which oddly only happens with corn syrup based sweeteners. Side by side flavor wise in my teas I definitely prefer real sugar. Even though I typically do not use sugar in my coffee I tried a teaspoon in a 16oz cup and found my coffee undrinkable. That small amount made my coffee a bit bitter and I again had the odd swelling usually from corn syrup based sweeteners. I made a batch of of my favorite chocolate chip cookies which calls for granulated and brown sugar and used Truvia. The texture of the cookies was definitely changed. instead of being tender and smooth they seemed more sandy or gritty. The flavor of the cookie seemed to be a bit off as well. There was that sweetness, but not the kind you are familiar with and I felt it didn't go well with the chocolate. To me it tasted a little more store bought vs homemade if that makes sense.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been trying to lose weight and with that, Ive cut off using granulated sugar in my everyday drinks and replacing them with this product. It does have an aftertaste but its not as strong as other alternatives Ive tried in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made cookies from scratch with Truvia white and brown in lieu of regular sugar. The cookies came out great, maybe slightly less sugary which I liked. I liked truvia is a straight replacement for sugar, no need to calculate how much or adjust other ingredients in the recipe. I’ll continue to use truvia when a recipe calls for white sugar. (Brown edges in photo are due to a new oven I’m getting used to.)
