The texture, the measuring, ounce for ounce. You can't compare value to how much healthier Truvia is than regular sugar. I am overall satisfied with this product!

It's not terrible but does have a 'fake' taste to it. This stuff is completely different and tastes much more like 'normal' sugar. I'll definitely purchase Truvia Sweet Complete again when I run out!

I also used it to sprinkle in some cookies I made my daughter's dance class, they seemed to be a hit.

Others are so finely ground that they're better suited for sweetning beverages but not the best for baking in my opinion. There is no bitter aftertaste. The texture is identical to granulated cane sugar. This morning I added it to my coffee and topped some frozen red berries with a sprinkle to counter the tartness of cherries in the blend. I'd definitely purchase this product.

Truvia is exactly what I have been waiting for! I am now using it in anything I formerly used sugar in. It's great for baking and kids love it too!

I was a bit hesitant since I really don’t like the after taste of most sugar substitutes. Let me tell you this sugar is great. My coffee tastes just right and no guilt. The taste was really good. no one asked if I used something different in the recipe. I think that it passed as my normal sweeteners is the highest compliment this product could get!
