[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised with Truvia sweetener. I love that the sugar in this package can be measured in a 1:1 ratio. There is no guesswork to add this to a recipe. I will say this sweetener is pretty sweet, though, so don’t go overboard! Also, your texture is slightly different when baking. Overall, I was pleased with this product and would use it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this as a healthier alternative to sugar and had actually just ran out of sugar so I used it to make some homemade lemon bars and they unfortunately turned out really bad. It seemed like the super clumped together in a weird layer of the bars while it baked and the bars tasted really bland and not sweet/tart like they should. I think this would be better used as a coffee/tea sweetener instead of baking.

I have to have my sweets and I can have my cake and eat it too with Truvia sugar. I'm always baking cookies, brownies, making crepes, and pancakes, breads and fudge, carmels and and smoothies. Truvia is a life saver for me, and keeps my sugar at a low. When I go to the doctor for a check up, my sugar is always low, where the doctor says it should be. Thanks to Truvia!

I made a peach cobbler for a barbecue with a few friends and you could not tell a difference between this sugar and your usual granulated cane sugar. And the fact that this has no calories?! How do you beat that? You dont...add this to your pantry!

I figured the sweetness wouldn’t be as good as regular sugar and that it would taste “diet”, but I was pleasantly surprised. My only recommendation would be to work on the aftertaste. It wasn’t a bad thing but I could tell that I had eaten another kind of sugar so I would still prefer traditional sugar.

While cleaning the bowl I tasted the batter and it didnt taste any different from the batter that I use with other brands of sugar. I love it! Same taste, but healthier! Not probably something I would use isnt the future because I like my kool aid very sweet and this just doesnt do that for me. Very minimal aftertaste. Carbos! You are using Truvia Granulated as a coffee sweetener instead of the Truvia packets, be aware of the difference in ingredients because the chicory root adds an additional 6 carbos per teaspoon. I practice intermittent fasting, and since I like a sweeter taste, the Truvia Granulated will wind up breaking the fast.
