Not changed it out yet. But I've never had a problem in the past.

This ink cartridge has not been installed as of yet but is identical to the unit presently in my printer. This product unit was about $10.00 cheaper to order on line and have it delivered to my home in the country, than the retail unit in the nearest Walmart store some 40 miles away. A pleasant surprise for sure.

The product accomplished what I needed. The printer was no longing printing on paper. Buying a new TN660 toner cartridge brought my printer back to life. I really like that this cartridge had more magic black stuff so it will last longer. I would recommend that you should get a new toner cartridge too when the one you have no longer works.
