Better tĥan buying by the bushel fresh. These have been roasted perfectly and are thick and clean, very good taste and easier to keep I n a can instead of the freezer

Try a slice on a hamburger. It morphs the burger into the southwest, Stuff whole Chile with Monterey Jack cheese, wrap in crepe, drowned them in green enchilada sauce

These are NOT from the Hatch valley, NM, and are NOT Hatch Valley chile; they are from Mexico and a company who sneakily has used the name Hatch to trick consumers.
