Can was dented on side and on rim of can. I threw them away. Not safe for consumption.

These are great to use in green chile stew and chille relleno casserole. I like to buy freshly roasted chiles but can't get them often. These are a good substitute.

I am from New Mexico and used to get the fresh Hatch Chile every year. Now I live in another state and so I decided to try the canned chile and see how we like it. These are really great. It is the quality I expect from Hatch but in a form that works for us living away from New Mexico. They taste great and are very large which is what we like. I will definitely be buying these again.

We love using Hatch Whole Green Chiles in our Homemade Green Chili....could not find it in the stores anymore in Charlotte area so went to Wal Mart on line. Easy ordering, easy delivery, on time....and the Green Chili is soooooo good. We will be ordering more..... Thanks Wal Mart!
