As a mom of a newborn baby and toddler it feels like we are doing laundry all the time and this is up to the job. I love how large it is. I can literally wash just about anything in here. As someone who is environmentally friendly, I appreciate features like eco wash and water sensors to ensure that we are not using more water than necessary. I also love how light the top of the washer is. It does not automatically close or slam shut, so I don’t have to worry about my daughter’s little fingers getting caught in it. I’m impressed with how user-friendly this washing machine is, even for those who are not tech-savy. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone looking for something simple, quiet and convenient.

this is my first new washer ever and i'll tell you what i love it. the vibration control works like a dream, it's really quiet compared to my 15 year old maytag. sure it takes a little longer but that means to me is that it is more thorough on the washing i literally have one day when i do all my laundry for three people, it gets the job done while saving energy and water. simply put. i love it. i don't get why people get mad about it being a little longer sounds like they don't have time like i do.

The only reason im not giving a full 5-stars is because of the time it takes for initial startup. I understand, due to the electronic sensors, it takes a little longer to initialize, but I do wish it would start washing as soon as the cycle starts. That being said, I absolutely love this product! It has thorough wash, rinse, and spin cycles. Each wash setting is customizable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is pretty nifty. I love the glass top that allows you to peer inside. The washer automatically sets the water level to exactly the amount best suited for the size of the load which is super cool. So far the washer is very quiet, does not rattle at all and clothes come out clean. My only issues are that I am not a huge fan of the auto lock--I always am running back with a forgotten item and it is a pain to stop and resume. Also nowhere in the instructions does it say if you can use detergent pods. They don't really fit in the detergent dispenser which is disappointing. I called Samsung and they said pod detergents are fine but you need to throw them right in the drum and not in the detergent dispenser. The manual should really be updated to address that. The cycles seem really long compared to my old washer--usually over an hour! Otherwise, I am getting used to all the tech and it doing the 'thinking' for me. Recommend.

i have had the washer and dryer for less than five months and i already have to have a service call. vibration reduction technology appears to be absent on my washer. the rinse and spin cycle keeps repeating so i have to turn off the washer than select "spin only" or the washer will run for hours. . my water bill has gone up $15 in one month because of this. and, now my pause button doesn't work on any cycle so i can't even stop the cycle to reposition the clothes to see if it will spin properly. a big piece of junk for an expensive price. and why doesn't the dryer have an internal light when you open the door?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had many washers over the years and I have to say that this Samsung washer, I am really impressed with. I love that it doesn’t have an agitator in the middle which make the capacity so much more than other washers. I can do huge loads of laundry in one single pop! The clothes come out smelling fantastic and feel that they’re nice and clean. I like that you can add fabric softener and bleach in separate sections that drip over your clothes slowly. It isn’t too loud either and it plays a nice little tune when the cycle is over. I would highly recommend this washer!

If you happen to wash a heavy load, say 7 towels it gets stuck in a 4C error code and you need to restart the whole cycle by powering on and off. Does not truly remove food particles on clothes takes 2 washes. Might be bc of the water level.

We installed the combo washer and dryer last week to replace our older unit. We like the large load capacity drum. The machine is also quiet which is nice since it’s not bothersome while running. I am going to set up the app so I can monitor and control it remotely. We also like that the control panel is easy to understand and operate. One of the most important features of this washer is the self-clean feature. We suffered in the past with mold and smelly washers, but with self-clean, you don’t have to worry about it, you just run it every once in a while and the washer will be as fresh as the day it was installed. The washer exhibits plenty of washing options for any family size and various washing activities. Whether you need large loads or short washes…the options are plentiful.

we just got our samsung washer delivered my husband installed it himself super easy and we are already doing laundry. it's a beautiful machine rubber on the bottom so it doesn't scratch dark lid and it's not noisy at all i would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for a good quality washing machine with lots of features at a reasonable price we are very satisfied.
