This safe is amazing!

Was able to follow instructions to open safe one time. Now can't lock it. Had to call customer service and wait on hold. If that is required for basic operation then there is a problem. The instructions are far too complicated. There are many different codes (master code, manager code, user code, etc.) and different button press sequences to go through to program each one. If you want a product that just works I highly do not recommend this one.

This safe instruction manual is useless dontvhave emergency key entry in case you dont have batteries and your out in the middle of nowhere
