This is safe perfect for our needs. It was easy to to install, staff can easily make cash drops without having access to other cash and the interior provides plenty of space.

We needed a small safe for our office. Somewhat difficult to pick up and carry away, should an event like that take place. A drop slot for envelopes. This is the one for our needs. Good price, as well.

I have used this safe in several of our locations and I highly recommend it. Once set up (which isn't difficult) it works like a charm. I do suggest keeping batteries handy. That is the only drawback, there doesn't seem to be a warning when batteries are low, but when it happens, changing batteries is easy and you're back in business.

I do like my new safe, It seems to be built very well. I have only 1 complaint apparently it was supposed to have a floor carpet which was not in the box. It would be nice to have that.

The depository feature is a great convenience.

I bought this couple of weeks ago. The only reason I bought it is because it has a drop box feature which sucks!! if you are trying to put big or ‘not so big’ packages, they get stuck and only way to get ‘em unstuck is by opening the safe door and manually pull the stuck package down. Overall it got very sturdy built and very easy to program.

Lock quit working after only 2 months. Have to use a rubber mallet to jar the lock open. Pinpad works but will not open lock without beating it a few times on the right side.

I bought a week ago Had issues with setting combination nd opening it Called Sentry and they said key pad problem I have e-mailed you twice and no response Please help

Manufacturer defect. We have to keep the keypad on its side. Cables attaching to the circuit board are too short and pull them off part way resulting in bent and damaging the fine prongs inserted into the clips.
