Exactly what we needed

We barely used the safe within a year that we had it, and it is already not working. I did all trouble shooting, and it didn't help at all. Sentrysafe customer service is bad- I spent over 30 minutes waiting, still didn't get to speak with customer service-there is no service.

Safe is just a1 year old, and it doesn't work

Lock quit working after only 2 months.  Have to use a rubber mallet to jar the lock open.  Pinpad works but will not open lock without beating it a few times on the right side.

poor mechanics

I have used this safe in several of our locations and I highly recommend it.  Once set up (which isn't difficult) it works like a charm.  I do suggest keeping batteries handy.  That is the only drawback, there doesn't seem to be a warning when batteries are low, but when it happens, changing batteries is easy and you're back in business.
