So i didn't wear my glasses too shop, thought i picked up salmon. That's how i got this trout. I'm glad i did, I liked it better than the salmon i went looking for, and it's cheaper.

Steelhead trout is one of my staple food items. It’s mild and very tasty and I can have a delicious diner ready in 15 minutes. The quality at Sam’s Club is always good.

This was exceptionally bad piece of fish. I have never had it this bad before. When I opened the plastic wrap, there was unusual thick, grayish slime on the skin side. I tried to wash it off, but it didn’t work. The “sale by” date was still good, maybe 4-5 days after I purchased it. Not sure what happened, I just hope that it was a single mishap and not a trend.

My wife and I like this much getter than the salmon. I'm not a big fan of fish, but these are really good. I only gave 4 stars because I did get one once that was spoiled. I'm sure it was an isolated experience and I continue to buy them from time to time.

Due to health reasons, I have to be very careful how I eat. But with working a lot I need things that are easy. I bought this big fillet and cut it down and bagged each portion. So I just take one out of the freezer at night so the next morning, all I have to do is pop it in the oven. I used to buy the smaller portions from Winn-Dixie, but this is a better value in the end. And frankly, sometimes when I buy it at Winn-Dixie, it’s not very fresh.

Awesome trout fillets, & best out there w/ out having to catch them, and by-pass the mess of cleaning fish, and deboning pin bones! Been buying these for years now, and will continue to do so, especially at this great price point! Great for grilling!

Expensive (like everything else) but delicious
