Works good but came in damaged

Had this item shipped to me, works good but has a huge dent on the side of it from shipping. Tried to pop it out but it still looks bad.

Lid quit working

Worked good for just over a year and then lid quit working correctly and yes I put new batteries in. Had hoped to get at least 5 years at that price.
