Careful

I really liked this can with the automatic lid. However, the lid quit working within a year. They sent us a new lid but it quit working after 6 months! I sent the company an email and called them twice with no response yet.

Didn't last long

Bought this trash can a few months back and not very pleased with it. The batteries die very fast and now it isn't even really working. Didn't last very long for the price. I would not recommend this trash can.

Lid stays clean

Best investment I’ve made in a while. Lid opens on its own so people don’t spill food, etc on the lid. There is a ring on the lid that holds the bag in place. Very nice for the cost.

Wish it would have lasted longer!

The batteries fell out if the compartment into the garbage so I no longer had the top to the compartment. Then the lid broke a few months later. LOL go figure

Not a kitchen can

If you’re replacing your kitchen trash can, think again. This trash can is so wide that regular kitchen trash bags can’t go around the inside ring under the lid. Buying special bags defeats the purpose. Sent it back. Beautiful, but too large.

Doesn't work

I purchased this to months ago really love it, however it stop working. Put new batteries in it, it want open, so we open it manually and just leave it open sucks save your money don't buy it

Best Trash Can Ever !!!!!

Best trash can ever!!! Shipping was fast, perfect condition right out of the box, insert 3 D batterys , works perfect!!, Soft close lid is great, large opening, I buy 30 gal. trash bags at walmart, they don't cost much and work perfect. I herd complaints about it opening on it's own, NOT if you don't pass over the sensor , i did it to, walking by my elbow be over the sensor so i moved the trash can to the other side of the kitchen, never opened again. I love everything about it, you never have to open the lid Again, large enough i only take out the trash once a week, love it, this can is making me lazy!!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!!

I love the look and ease of this trash can! The only downside is that it doesnt come with the initial (3) D batteries and no sample bags. I had to go to the actual companys site to order the bags and have yet to receive them. I use the standard 30gal. Bags which works great! The 13gal. bags DO NOT FIT so dont waste your time trying those as i tried every way. Other than that this trash can is nothing short of amazing and the price tag compared to simple human is astonishing!

Exceeded my expectations!

Arrived to my home much sooner than expected and in pristine condition. I loaded it with the required batteries and placed it in its new home. I'm thrilled with it, so much so that I'm going to order another one. I was concerned about what size bag it was going to take. To my surprise....it uses heavy duty outdoor trash bags!! Wonderful Wonderful.

Holds much more than you'd think!

I got tired of pulling my large trash liner out of my kitchen-sized trash can and then keeping it out for days to finish filling it up. This trash can, although it doesn't look much larger, holds a TON more trash before it gets filled up and needs to come out. Read one review where they said to not let it get too full or it's too heavy (or hard?) to get out. I haven't found that to be the case at all. LOVE IT!!! Wish I'd found it years ago!
