Arrived quickly and in great condition. Works as described. Would be nicer if it had a place for s deodorizer. I might have to find another place for it as it opens every time someone walks by it. Great value for the price compared to similar models.

It's a great addition to our kitchen. It's bigger than i thought it would be, our plastic trash can will fit down inside of it perfectly and since I just bought a slew of trash bags we will be doing that for quite some time! It's beautiful and works great!

I have purchased two smaller ones from the same company, which I wasn’t happy with. This garbage can is totally redesigned compared to the older versions. It is absolutely better than the older ones and holds a lot more. It holds a whole week’s of garbage. I highly recommend this one, it’s fantastic. ❤️🙏🙏🙏

I am unsure why someone designing a trash can would create an inner lip for the bag to catch as you are trying your lift it out… I thought we would get away from that either way this purchase but I am sadly mistaken. I have been fighting with a similar trash can for 2 years and am no longer willing to struggle for no reason.

I purchased this trash can in March 2024. It quickly became my favorite. I loved the size and functionality. However, that came to a disappointing end when their support failed to respond. I reached out in mid October because the lid was no longer opening correctly. I got a response after more than a week telling me to take the batteries out for 24 hours and let them know if that doesn't work. Well, it didnt work and I responded and sent them video but as of December 26th, I've not heard back. I have tried following up a few times but nothing. All this to say, its great while it lasts which seems to be a short amount of time. I did inspect the lid further and found the gears appear to be messed up. It is cheaply made of plastic. They need to improve the quality and customer service. I can't imagine this company will stick around for years to come unless they turn it around.

2nd lasted less than that. Hard to open once the lid gives out. It's easy on batteries. Have two at my new office, and sure enough, one has had the lid ripped off as it had broken. The other , located in a store room and rarely used, still works. I like the idea, but too expensive for something that doesn't last. Can't get a replacement lid either.

Loved this trash can but the sensor went out after a yr. After the warranty was out I thought it was the batteries kept changing batteries and it wasn't it the sensor the light screen when you wave your hand across it but it doesn't open if I open it it won't close so the sensor is going on I guess it's just a waste for me

We have had this garbage can for 6 months and can't stand it! The sensor doesn't always work when you need it to but randomly opens when you walk by. Both the open and close buttons have cracked, creating poked up plastic pieces. The larger garbage bags are only good if you buy the most expensive ones. The cost of the bags isn't worth the larger size. We will be replacing this garbage can asap!

I bought 2 of these trash cans. Both worked well for a few months then the lids did not open completely, then little less open, then less open until now it open about 1 inch then closes almost immediately. I have to quickly open it by hand to discard trash. I changed the batteries - no difference. I loved the idea of this trash can, I am doing something wrong? Will be going back to a regular trash can,
