Excellent cookies! We got them for the staff for my best friend’s finale chemo treatment and everyone loved them! Thank you especially to Ashley at the service center for being our special Angel that made everything from ordering to delivering and helping us surprise her! Truly, Angels walk among us! Unfortunately, I was not very impressed with these cookies… I buy cookies all the time to make trays for my clients, and these were not much better than a regular grocery store Cookie. It’s a shame, because there are so many delicious things that come from Sam’s bakery.

Make sure the cover is on secure on the large tray of cookies. The tray opened due to the cover was not secured to the flimsy styrofoam tray. I’ve purchased before and the tray and transporting was good. Not this time due to heavy weight of cookies on the styrofoam tray opened and I lost a few cookies.

Unfortunately the cookie platter we bought were hard as rocks , I’ve bought cookies from sams in the smaller containers and never had a problem. Was very disappointed. We needed for a party and it was too late to return them . Some guest put them in their desert plates and were not sure if they ate them or tossed them

We ordered several dozen of these trays (1300 cookies) online and picked them up in the store. They were ready and notified us via text and email that the order was complete and ready to be picked up. Great service that I wasn't expecting! The cookies were fresh and delicious. Couldn't have gone better for using this online ordering for the first time ever. All the staff enjoyed the variety to go with their catered meal. Thank you!

We love these cookie trays and purchase them often. My husband coaches football and other sports, so different times of the year we’re buying them weekly. My only complaint is that there are too many oatmeal raisin cookies. No natter where we go or how many cookie trays, the white chocolate macadamia nut are the first to go, but the oatmeal raisin are always left over. Different cookie options would be nice- maybe fewer or no oatmeal raisin.

I ordered 2 of these cookie trays for a work luncheon and they were just the right dessert for what we needed. Everyone was happy to pick their favorite flavor of cookie and no one felt left out. The cookies were fresh and made a good impression on everyone.

The cookies and cup cakes were delicious! The trays also had a nice visual appearance so inwas able to display the cookies in their tray at the party. I used curbside pickup and they were timely and curious! Would definitely do again and recommend it!

When giving my annual token of appreciation (cash in a holiday card), I attach the card with a bow to this cookie tray. It always makes a nice presentation. My landscaper emailed to let me know how much he, his wife and daughters are all enjoying the cookies. I always buy Sam's fresh cookies; they are deeelicious, so I knew I could count on the quality of the product for gift giving.
