Make sure the cover is on secure on the large tray of cookies. The tray opened due to the cover was not secured to the flimsy styrofoam tray. I’ve purchased before and the tray and transporting was good. Not this time due to heavy weight of cookies on the styrofoam tray opened and I lost a few cookies.

Excellent cookies! We got them for the staff for my best friend’s finale chemo treatment and everyone loved them! Thank you especially to Ashley at the service center for being our special Angel that made everything from ordering to delivering and helping us surprise her! Truly, Angels walk among us! Was buying 3 packages for my brothers celebration of life. carefully set in cart. went to front cashiers to scan. one pack opened on me and was sliding all over the cart. realized all packages had only one side secured. fortunately a Sams Rep saw what happened and came to help. She brought tape to help secure all sides. It's scary to think who can open these to pull a cookie out or to touch. Not sanitary at all!

Unfortunately the cookie platter we bought were hard as rocks , I’ve bought cookies from sams in the smaller containers and never had a problem. Was very disappointed. We needed for a party and it was too late to return them . Some guest put them in their desert plates and were not sure if they ate them or tossed them

When giving my annual token of appreciation (cash in a holiday card), I attach the card with a bow to this cookie tray. It always makes a nice presentation. My landscaper emailed to let me know how much he, his wife and daughters are all enjoying the cookies. I always buy Sam's fresh cookies; they are deeelicious, so I knew I could count on the quality of the product for gift giving.

Do we really need that many oatmeal raisin cookies? I get that it was a popular cookie back in the day but times have changed. But seriously, I bought these for a bake sale and all of the other cookies sold except for the raisin. So now we are living off of them for the next two weeks. The flavors are fine for a store bought cookie and the price is okay for the quantity you get, but they need to change up their assortments.

We ordered several dozen of these trays (1300 cookies) online and picked them up in the store. They were ready and notified us via text and email that the order was complete and ready to be picked up. Great service that I wasn't expecting! The cookies were fresh and delicious. Couldn't have gone better for using this online ordering for the first time ever. All the staff enjoyed the variety to go with their catered meal. Thank you!

I bought several trays of these for a community event. Unfortunately, when people picked up the cookies they would break, especially the oatmeal raisin cookies (I would guess at least half broke). So people would leave those on the tray and it made the entire tray less appetizing.

Dry, and several days old. Took this to a Christmas party and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the cookies. This made the cookie monster inside me very sad. I have bought these in the past and couldn't stay out of the tray, these were definitely not fresh.
