I was pleasantly surprised how delicious this cake was. Granted can’t say it is the best carrot cake I remember having but it was much better than decent. The cake was fresh and moist and the frosting wasn’t overly sweet. Thought it was important to put in a positive review.

I was expecting this cake to be more flavorful so I was disappointed that it was so bland. The frosting is not cream cheese frosting, it tastes like an artificially flavored cream cheese buttercream. I ate about half of a slice before deciding it wasn’t worth finishing and threw it away. I’ll be returning the rest of the cake for a refund.

The ad said " one bite and this will be your favorite carrot cake" - 100% TRUE. So many other carrot cakes are "overly spiced" - not this one. but the generous 3 layers and delicious whipped icing will melt in your mouth. Serves 12? LOL, not when I am around.

OMG! Yes, this is a great carrot cake. I had the cake delivered, and it was in perfect condition. No, problems with the cake being damaged at all, it was handled with care. You can taste the freshness of spices, carrots, and walnuts. The cream cheese icing is light and fluffy. I will be buying this cake again. Thank you, Sam's Club bakers, for making this amazing cake. Keep up the amazing work.

Flavor was fine but that cake was very dry
