The cake was good but not as moist as I expected it

One of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had..

Very Good, moist and exploding with flavors.

It was dry and didn’t taste much like a carrot cake.

This carrot cake was delicious and moist the icing was silky and creamy.

This is NOT the same as what it was before. The cake may be the same but the icing has changed. It’s no longer the cream cheese icing. It’s a whipped icing where you can taste the shortening in it. Taste like grease! I’m soooo disappointed. I always said Sam’s had the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. Not anymore. Need to go back to the old one.

I don’t know why they changed a simple Carrot Cake recipe to make it a bar but it has a nasty plastic like after taste and it’s just not good. We buy the Carrot Cake from Publix all the time, I cost too much for a small piece, but it’s delicious. This I do not recommend. And it’s a lot of terrible Carrot Cake/Bar. Sorry but this is a thumbs down.
